Nickelodeon has given the greenlight for new toon series “The Legend of Korra,” a spinoff of the cabler’s “Avatar: The Last Airbender” skein.

From “Avatar” creators Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, “Korra” will take place 70 years after the events of “Avatar” with rebellious teenager Korra…

Ooo! I’m excited. I already finished all three seasons of Avatar, and am still craving more. Though it won’t be the same without Aang and his gang (hey that rhymed) and my oh-so-favorite villain Zuko, hopefully this show will still satisfy my Avatar fix.

Oh no! This cutie, who straight guys go gay for, just got busted for possession of marijuana. Maximum sentence is 6 months in jail.

My thoughts??

1) I had no idea you could get stuck in jail for so long just for having some weed! I’m glad I never got caught during my days of hotboxing with friends.. Lil innocent me would have ended up in juvi!

2) This better not affect Gossip Girl in any way! The next season doesn’t start until late 2010, so I’m sure he’ll be out by then, or close to being out. But I still can’t help being worried.. Gossip Girl wouldn’t be the same without sexy Nate Archibold! Let’s just cross our fingers…

Ana, I agree with this 100%! Starting this year, my life feels a lot less boring. It feels more spontaneous, and I feel more free. I am meeting new people and making new friends for life, and I love it! I love always being out, always having something to do over the weekend, sometimes having multiple options even. It’s just awesome, always feeling like I’m really living life now =)

Even though I just met you, I feel like you’re really becoming one of my “best friends.” I love my girl pals, but video gaming and anime and all that nerdy stuff is nothing any one of them share with me. So it feels SO great finding another girl that has close to the same exact interests as me. I now finally have someone I can call and say “Hey I’m bored, let’s hang out and sit on the couch and just watch a movie.” The same someone that can go shopping with me or to the club with me or play some Rock Band with me. You’re up for anything, and trying new things, and living life, and it’s just really awesome! So I just wanted you to know I’m glad I met you =)

Anyway, the first half of this year has been great. I’ve done plenty of new “firsts”, and rather than only really hanging out with the same couple that Kyle and I have hung out with for years, I’m also becoming really close friends with you and Vanny, and it’s nice having other friends we can count on and vice versa =) So as you said, “Let’s go out to the bar, play pool, play some fuckin’ DDR on Heavy mode, watch movies, shows, talk, text, hang out, pass out together, laugh out loud over stupid or embarrassing things, go to events, travel together, dance, enjoy every conversation, and every fuckin’ moment together!” I’m sure if we follow that, the rest of 2010 will get even better! =)

Aww Lizzie! :D haha I was getting the same thoughts too about how it just feels like your already one of my best friends! Your so cool and it’s nice to know we love to do the samethings and we are down to do anything! It’s so fun!

You have no idea how glad I am that I’ve accepted Jay’s invite to go to the club with him that night. I was over at San Jose in the hotel, I had work the next morning over there, and I’ve received that text from him. I don’t think I’ve told him that I had work the next day but I did afterwards and he was, “ahh you should have told me! Now I feel bad you came driving all the way over here and have to go back!” Which it was either me sleeping at his place for the night and then driving back in the morning or driving that night, and guess what girl?! I drove back that night!!! CRAZY!!! haha.

I did not regret any moment! That’s the best thing about sudden unexpected moments like that, you would never know what’s around the corner. If you want my company, I’ll be there in a flash. People know me very well for being spontaneous.

I’m so glad I’ve met you, Kyle, Vanny, and Amanda. You guys are all great, especially you gamer chick! haha. We still have yet to dress up really nice AT THE SAME TIME haha, but one day! :) I can’t wait until we all play pool again! I think this time Jay and I will win (we’ll do our best not to hit the 8 ball in).

This year will definitely get better! I’m so excited! Things are definitely happening, so we just got to keep on going with the flow! :D

Aww! I’m glad you feel the same! Yea I’ve always been inspired to make the most of each moment, to build memories whenever possible. That’s why I always have my camera with me, and I’ve always LOVED to scrapbook (though I’ve been pretty lazy with it the past few years..). Your experience right there proves how one single moment can really make a difference and change your life!
